Plague Soul is a Super Unique Zombie Lord. He is an Extra Strong Extra Fast and Aura Enchanted Undead. He is guarding Cain's Cage in Tristram. Plague Soul's rabies are extremely powerful and sometimes due to his random aura it is nearly impossible to escape from it. He doesn't have a lot of life so often a flurry of powerful attacks can dispatch him before he tries to use rabies, if such an option isn't available the use of adeptly timed antidotes and their poison resistance buff could really help. Otherwise if neither option prevails Death's gloves provide high poison resist and poison length reduction that should make killing him a breeze.
